Did you change brands of soap that you use for dishes, laundry, or washing? Are you hands in water a lot? There is a wonderful nail oil product that you can obtain from a beauty shop or beauty supply store. Use hand lotion and gloves and don't pick where they split or break. Don't bite off hangnails.
