get a strengthening polish called nailtek...


its clear and shiny and you apply it to bear nails..


wait a week then add another layer to it

keep doing this every week add a layer and it will become very thick on your nail..eventually it gets so thick that it peels off and your nails are visibly less brittle

You may really want to consider changing your diet. Trust me, it works. You'll se the results after a while. Drink milk, eat eggs fish, meat (unless you're veg)...Proteins generally and carbs. Yo'll see the difference.
