How can i stop my nails from splitting?

most of all my nails have spilt horizontally so i had to clip them off. they do this sometimes and i'm not sure why. i think it might be because i'm not getting enough nutrition but i don't know. why is it doing this and how can i stop it?How can i stop my nails from splitting?

Try using Sally Hansens ';Hard as Nails';. It is amazing and really helps your nails get stronger and really just better.
well idk how to stop it but i can fix it by some nail polish that helps that which it is in any drug store usually.but i quick fix is when i do have a crack put some nail glue on the crack and press a tear of a coffee filter and press it on. then buff it and you usually cant tell it's there! and just wait for it to grow out! i hope i helped! :)
If you put alot of nail polish when you use nail polish remover thats what makes them crack. So try to let your nails breath for a bit. And on special days put on nail polish.
split nails usually means you are lacking vitamins in your diet. try improving your diet and try some nail hardening polishes.
