How can I have healty nails? Mine have started to split.?

Get a really good hand cream to help strengthen your nails, there are loads to choose from - I like Avon and Nivea products. Keep your nails short while you nourish them. You could also try a nail strengthener that you paint onto your nails - there is a good range from Sally Hansen. For an intensive treatment buy a good handcream and some thin cotton gloves, then before you go to bed smother your hands with cream and put the gloves on. If you wear them all night you will wake up with silky smooth hands. How can I have healty nails? Mine have started to split.?
always eat a healthy balanced diet so your nails get all the nutrition they need. if the splitting is becoming serious, go to a dermatologist, otherwise you can try one of the products in the drugstore like sally hansenHow can I have healty nails? Mine have started to split.?
You have a nail fungus. You need to go to the doctor. He will give you something for it. That is the only way you'll get rid of it.
drink more milk!!!
According to some magazines if you take kelp supplements it helps your nails to grow strong and healthy. Apparently it is also good for your hair but I've heard better feed-back about nails.
Get more calcium in your diet (Milk/Yogurt %26amp; Cheese)

You should be eating at least one piece of dairy per day. That'll help your nails, teeth and bones.
try using OPI nail stengthener, i think it can be purchesed online on QVC site.....it really does make them rock hard in just a few days and should prevent spliting
check out OPI they have a really great product called nail magic

it really works ( their polishes are really good too)
Most of the ';Hair and Nails'; vitamin supplements seem to be variations on theme of a Vitamin B complex. When I had problems with my hair suddenly falling out (don't ask!) my GP recommended taking a daily Vitamin B complex and I noticed that not only my hair, but also my nails started growing much faster and were better condition!

Not being a doctor myself I have no idea why, and maybe it's not safe for everyone to suddenly take huge doses of the stuff...but you could check with your own GP and see if it's alright for you (or just start eating loads of Vitamin B rich vegetables and see if that helps!)
the only thing that works with my nails is a multivitamin every day .it takes a few weeks for them to grow but it works wonders
Try a professional nail strengthtener like the one made by european secrets sold at Sally's for like 5.00.
You need a good protien base. Mary Kay has a good one. It runs 10 dollars canadian a bottle. Go to a place that does nails, get a manicure. There is one product, can't remember the name... it's called Nail Envy, that's it. You can get it at most salons. It will make them hard and help them to grow. It's about 20 dollars a bottle. Moisturize moisturize. You have healthy cuticles, healthy cuticles promote healthy hands. Use rubber gloves in the garden and when you are cleaning.
You can get a nail strenthener which is like a clear nail polish, also put more calcium into your diet.

opi makes nail treatment polishes they are very good they are clear and there is one for splitting nails
get out of the building game
stop eating crisps and stuff with additives
dip them in milk for ten minutes. Then eat lots of bread and drink more milk.
use opi nail envy, works miracles on mine, and use a good handcream everytime you wash your hands
use a product called solar oil all over your nails and cuticles.

Sally hansen do some great nail therapys as do OPI but can be quite expensive

if your looking for somthing cheaper just use almond oil, brush it on and rub it in well..
how is your diet? is it well balanced? are you getting enough minerals?

do you drink enough fluids?

what you take inside shows on the outside.

maybe you're not ingesting enough hydrating elements.

the nails may not have enough moisture.

check that out... get that vitamin d and c also.
Eat 2 squares of raw jelly a day
buy yourself a complete nail kit to nourish your nails and follow the instructions to the letter
Try buffing your nails a couple of times a week, as this will get the circulation going in your nail plate, don't buff too hard as you will make your fingers feel like they have bruises. Purchase some nail polish for splitting nails, OPI do a good one, but it is very expensive, try ebay, and you might get one cheaper.

Do not use nail polish remover too often as this doesn't help, its only drying your nails out.

When washing up or doing anything dirty with your hands, make sure you wear gloves. Also use a good hand and nail moisteriser, this will also help your nails to get healthy and grow nice.
On top of calcium make sure you're having plenty of good fats ie seeds, nuts, oily fish.
