i snagged my nail on something when i took it out of my sockwhen my toenails where soft and it split right down the middle.it has not healed up within 9 months and its starting to get really sore and what appears to be a fungus or scab under the overhang. does anyone know and solutionsHow do you heal a split nail?
ITS too late for home solutions ,,, you need DR care. But to relieve pain soak in Epsom Salt warm water, 10-15 min,, available in pharmacy area. Dry and keep protected. Also may need more Bioten in your nutrition. very cheap suplement. Green tea also good for nail growth. If you are a male you may be low on Zinc as men need more then women and it promotes healing. *mamatx
