How do I stop my nails from splitting and breaking? I have been using Sally Hansen's Complete 4-in-1 treatment, but once they start growing they split in the sides a lot. Should I apply the stuff more often?

Thats the exact same problem i have with my nails and i have also been using the sally hanson 4-in-1 but it doesn't keep them strong enough so i dont no how to answer this question i just wanted to say i no where your coming from
Nail polish helps nails from splitting because you're essentially adding a few more layers to your nails. Your nails are most likely splitting because you are rough on them or because you don't get enough protein and calcium in your diet.
