So about a month ago i went to my (now ex) boyfriends prom and i got my nails done,the fake nails mad my real nails split extreamly bad down the nails to where I CAN'T cut them and just let them grow, how do i get my nails back to good health??????I have bad split nails,help!?

try going to a doctor for some cream or pills to make it grow back faster, the same thing happened to my toenails, and I had to soak it. Also grow your nails longer, but trim them occasionally

well you can superglue the splits together until it gets to a point where it wont hurt to cut them. Also start using a stregthener and calcium helps your nails be healthy.
