If you find an answer that works I'd love to hear it too..I've tried all the usual things like eating more jello, taking gelatin capsules, and all the Sally Hansen products....nothing has worked for me..I'll be interested to see an alternative answer...and p.s. my diet is very good and Mediterranean, just spent 10 months in Spain with olive oil and fish...........to no improvement in fingernails.....

What is a good remedy for split finger nails?
I've heard that B vitamins help splitting nails. be careful not to take more than one supplement in addition to your multivitamin.What is a good remedy for split finger nails?
